College, University and High School Speaker - Larry Allen McBee Bio
Larry Allen McBee, is based in Washington, DC. He is a motivational speaker, dynamic trainer and men's suit consultant with more than thirty-five years of experience. A true renaissance man, Larry is a second-generation tailor with a background in couture dressmaking and fashion designing. He is a powerhouse of information and experience with a laid back polished image.
Educators describe Larry as a visionary with a passion and a gift to effect change in young people. Larry views the educational industry as being filled with many individuals that are so far removed from the urban streets that they don’t have a true understanding of the problems facing today’s youth. “We must change the way students view education, the change will come from the bottom up not the top down” this belief is at the forefront of Larry’s programs. During the past ten years, Larry has put on presentations and workshops for students covering a variety of subject matter including exploitation, stereotyping, job readiness and professional decorum.
You can find him in classrooms or lecture halls motivating an audience, sharing his experiences and life taught lessons, encouraging young people to make the system work for them and give back to their communities.

Larry's political mentor was his father-in-law, the late Carl B. Stokes, Ambassador of the Seychelle Islands and first black mayor of a major American city (Cleveland). He credits Carl as the person that helped formulate his global perspective on politics and power.
